CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY / POLISI PEMBATALAN & BAYARAN BALIK

1. Cancellation by Participant / Pembatalan oleh Peserta
We understand that emergencies happen. Our refund structure is based on the notice period provided before the training start date:
- 14 Days or More Notice: Full refund (minus a RM 100 administrative fee).
- 7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total course fee.
- Less than 7 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.
- Pembatalan 14 hari ke atas akan menerima bayaran balik penuh (tolak kos pentadbiran). Tiada bayaran balik jika notis kurang dari 7 hari.
2. Substitution Policy / Polisi Penggantian
If you cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute participant to take your place at no additional charge. You must notify us at dmn@dmntraining.com at least 24 hours before the session starts with the new participant’s details.
Penggantian peserta dibenarkan tanpa caj tambahan dengan notis 24 jam sebelum sesi bermula.
3. Digital Materials Waiver / Pelepasan Bahan Digital
Important: Once digital course materials (PDFs, videos, or login credentials) have been accessed, downloaded, or sent to the participant, the right to a refund is forfeited, regardless of the notice period.
Hak bayaran balik terbatal sebaik sahaja bahan kursus digital telah diakses atau dimuat turun.
4. Cancellation by Digital Marketing Networks Sdn Bhd / Pembatalan oleh Syarikat
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to low enrollment or trainer unavailability. In this event:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
- Digital Marketing Networks Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
5. HRD Corp Claimants (For Registered Employers)
For companies utilizing HRD Corp grants:
- Cancellations must be made according to HRD Corp guidelines.
- If a registered participant is a “No-Show,” the employer remains liable for the full course fee as HRD Corp will not reimburse for non-attendance.
6. Refund Processing / Proses Bayaran Balik
- All refund requests must be sent to dmn@dmntraining.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed via original payment (FPX/Credit Card) within 14 working days.
