SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY / POLISI PENYAMPAIAN PERKHIDMATAN

1. Service Description / Perihalan Perkhidmatan

Digital Marketing Networks Sdn Bhd provides Professional Certification and Self-Paced Courses. We commit to delivering high-quality educational content as described on our course pages.
Digital Marketing Networks Sdn Bhd menyediakan Pensijilan Profesional. Kami komited untuk menyampaikan kandungan pendidikan berkualiti tinggi seperti yang dinyatakan.

2. Method of Delivery / Kaedah Penyampaian

  • Digital Access: Upon successful payment, students will receive access credentials via email within 1 hour.
  • Live Sessions: Scheduled via Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams. Meeting links will be sent 24 hours before the session.

3. Service Standards & Guarantee / Standard Perkhidmatan

In accordance with Section 53 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999:

  • We guarantee that services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
  • We ensure that educational materials are fit for the specific purpose intended.
  • If a live session is cancelled by us, a replacement session or a pro-rated refund will be offered.

4. Technical Requirements / Keperluan Teknikal

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary hardware and internet connection (minimum 5Mbps) to access the services. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by the user’s technical limitations.

5. Attendance & Recording / Kehadiran & Rakaman

  • Attendance: For certified courses, a minimum attendance of 80% is required.
  • Recordings: If applicable, recordings will be available for 90 days after the session. These are for personal use only and cannot be shared or sold.

6. Certification / Pensijilan

Certificates of Completion will be issued digitally within 7 working days after satisfying all course requirements (e.g., passing assessments or full attendance).

7. Refund & Postponement / Bayaran Balik & Penangguhan

  • Postponement: Users may request to postpone their enrollment to the next intake by giving 7 days notice.
  • Cancellations: [State your rule, e.g., No refunds once the course materials have been accessed or downloaded].
