1. OVERVIEW / GAMBARAN KESELURUHAN
This website is operated by Digital Marketing Networks Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201701046416). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DMN. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. TRAINING SERVICES / PERKHIDMATAN LATIHAN
- Accuracy of Content: While we strive for excellence, the information provided in our training sessions is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify course content, trainers, or platforms to ensure the best learning outcomes.
3. ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT / PENDAFTARAN & PEMBAYARAN
- Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed once you receive an automated “Order Confirmation” or “Enrollment Receipt.”
- Pricing: All fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If applicable, SST (Sales and Service Tax) will be clearly displayed before checkout.
- Payment Gateways: We use CommercePay. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / HARTA INTELEK
All training materials, including slides, videos, worksheets, and proprietary methodologies, are the intellectual property of DMN. protected by the Copyright Act 1987.
- Restrictions: You may not record, screen-capture, redistribute, or resell any part of the training materials without express written consent.
- License: Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
5. HRD CORP COMPLIANCE (If Applicable)
For employers claiming via HRD Corp:
- The employer is responsible for ensuring the grant is approved before the training date.
- If the grant is rejected or the participant fails to meet the minimum attendance requirement (80%), the employer shall be liable for the full payment of the course fee.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / HAD LIABILITI
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 1999, DMN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the application of knowledge gained during our training. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific course.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION / UNDANG-UNDANG & BIDANG KUASA
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. For consumer-related claims below RM50,000, users retain the right to refer disputes to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM).
