- Provide data portability services should you request to transfer your records to another provider.
4. Data Portability Right (New for 2026) / Hak Portabiliti Data
Under the 2024 Amendments, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format to be transferred to another service provider of your choice.
